📅 Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
キャンセルおよび遅刻に関するポリシー
❗Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシー
- Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour time.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance.
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or in case of no-show.
- ツアー開始の48時間前までのキャンセルは全額返金いたします。
- 24〜48時間前のキャンセルは50%返金いたします。
- 24時間以内のキャンセルまたは無断キャンセルは返金不可となります。
⏰ Late Arrival Policy / 遅刻について
- Short tours (90 min) start promptly at the designated meeting point.
- We may wait up to 10 minutes as a courtesy, but the tour will end at the originally scheduled time.
- No refunds will be issued for shortened tours due to late arrival.
- 90分ツアーは現地集合・時間厳守です。
- 最大10分間お待ちしますが、ツアー終了時刻は延長されません。
- 遅刻によるツアー時間の短縮に対する返金はありません。
- Full-day tours with hotel pick-up may allow more flexibility.
- However, significant delays may result in itinerary changes or cancellation.
- 1日ツアーはホテルピックアップを含む場合があり、ある程度の柔軟な対応が可能です。
- ただし、大幅な遅れの場合は行程の変更やキャンセルとなる可能性があります。
